Services – contract manufacturing of cosmetics
We create and manufacture cosmetics, bringing your ideas for face, body and hair care products to life. We offer comprehensive support – from formula development and testing, through documentation, all the way to production, filling/packaging and delivery.
We work both with people who are just starting their own brand and with companies that want to expand their portfolio with cosmetics.
We start with your product vision and a formula created for your brand
- Our team develops a cosmetic formula for you in line with your requirements and needs. Next, we prepare samples that you can test and refine before launching the product on the market.
- We select ingredients from trusted suppliers and handle sourcing all raw materials for your product. Calculating the required quantities, checking availability and organising deliveries are on our side.
- We order packaging that best matches the texture and character of the cosmetic – so that the product is both functional and visually appealing.
- If needed, we make our warehouse available for storing raw materials or finished products.
We coordinate the steps needed to launch your cosmetic on the market
- We prepare and send samples for testing in independent laboratories.
- We coordinate the preparation of cosmetic product documentation, including the Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR).
- We verify that labels comply with applicable regulations and help carry out product notification in the CPNP database (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal).
We produce exactly as much as you currently need
- We are able to manufacture and carry out filling/packaging for any quantity of your products. You don’t have to worry about a high minimum production run that would exceed your current demand and capabilities. Our facility follows Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
- We deliver finished products with your label, even if transport requires a specific temperature range. Your task is then to focus on growing your brand and sales.
- If you already have a developed, tested formula that is on the market and you are only looking for a place to manufacture or fill/package your cosmetics, our services are also for you. We take an individual approach to every project, adapting to your needs and capabilities.
